How long does it take an order to be shipped?
We ship orders within 48 hours - business days (add 5 more days to assemble prescription lenses). As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number. The delivery time is the following:
EUROPE: 8 working days
UNITED STATES: 8 working days
INDIA: 3-4 working days
OTHER COUNTRIES: 8-10 working days
The time of delivery might be increased if applicable customs clearance. Any duties/VAT are the sole responsibility of the client and not Vogily.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
Hello!
We offer Single Vision lenses Sphere (SPH) correction for nearsightedness or farsightedness glasses.
Prescription range limits: The sum of the negative values for SPH and CYL should not go over -8.00 and the sum of the positive values for SPH and CYL should not go over +6.00.
The easy steps are the following:
1. Make sure you have an updated ophthalmological prescription.
2. Once you place your order with the prescription, you will receive your "Thank You" confirmation email with the prescription form.
3. Make sure you write down the exact prescription that your doctor gave you, as this will be what our lab will assemble :)
> Information we will ask you in our prescription form:
1. Your myopia for both eyes. In your prescription should be named as sphere, SPH or ESF. If you just need simple reading glasses (+1, +1,5, +2, etc.), you would only have to fulfill this parameter.
2. Your astigmatism for both eyes. Astigmatism is detailed by two concepts, Cylinder and Axis. Cylinder can be named as CYL.
3. Your pupillary distance. To properly center your prescription in your chosen frame we need the distance between your pupils or the distance between your pupils to your nose. Does Vogily non-prescription lenses have any kind of magnification?
The glasses shouldn't have any strength or magnification. Also, they are done with high quality organic CR-39 materials which avoid this kind of magnification.
Nevertheless, if you want to make sure there is no magnification on your lenses, please go to your closest optician and ask them to check if there is any prescription on the lenses. If that is the case, please let us know and we will exchange your glasses immediately.
This kind of magnification feeling that could happen to few people when starting to wear computer glasses could be done because when removing some part of the Blue color you get a different color contrast which you are not used to and it could cause this strange feeling.
If this is your case, it should happen only at the beginning, after a while, it should be all good!
Nevertheless, if you want to make sure there is no magnification on your lenses, please go to your closest optician and ask them to check if there is any prescription on the lenses. If that is the case, please let us know and we will exchange your glasses immediately.

How should I clean my glasses?
We recommend using the cleaning cloth provided (or similar) to remove lipids and moisture without smearing. If more intensive cleaning is required use lens cleaning spray without alcohol.
For the acetate frames, we recommend using the cleaning cloth provided (or similar) as well. If more intensive cleaning is required use water and soap with the microfiber.

I want to exchange or return my glasses, what is your return policy?
We offer a simple 30 days Return Policy, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions in this link:

You will receive an email from the shipping company with the return label and the instructions to schedule a pick-up date. As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and then we will proceed with a full refund minus shipping cost of:
- Spain - 5€, - EU and Canary Islands - 10€, - Other countries - 15€
Bear in mind we do not offer refunds for customized items, such as prescription lenses, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
All returns must be unused and in original condition. For damaged or missing items (such as boxes, cases, cloths and cords) 5 € will be deducted from the refund.
For orders bellow 70 Euro, which were not eligible for free shipping, we will also deduct the original shipping cost paid. We do not profit from returns, we only charge the customer the cost the courier charges us to send and return the items.
*Non-EU countries' changes and/or returns may have duties/VAT costs added to the shipping costs, related to the importation of the goods to Barcelona - Spain.
If the customer does not return the product and does not contact customer support for any clarifications or issues, the product will be determined as accepted.

How long doest it take for returns to be processed?
It can take up to 7 days to proceed with refunds for returned items from the date we receive your parcel in our warehouse and it passes through an inventory control.
Do I receive a product warranty?
Yes, at Vogily we believe in the quality of our goods so all our products are 2 years warranted from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, accidents (Broken temples, frames or lenses)
Aesthetic changes due to daily use (lack of shine, scratches, the disappearance of text in temples, etc)
